§ 12-536. Advertising signs in Garrett County

(a) In general. -- The County Commissioners of Garrett County may enact an ordinance to regulate the height, size, location, and setback of an advertising sign adjacent to a State or county road in Garrett County.

(b) Limitation. -- An ordinance enacted under this section may not be less stringent than any applicable State or federal law.
