§ 12-505. Highway fund expenditures for projects in municipalities

(a) Scope of section. -- This section applies to all counties except Baltimore City.

(b) In general. -- After adopting a resolution stating that a county responsibility or purpose will be served, a governing body of a county may pay, from any highway funds under its control, for a highway project in a municipality.
