§ 11-208. Court costs; fines

Latest version.

   (a) Imposition. -- A defendant who is found to have committed a civil infraction shall pay:

   (1) the fine imposed under § 11-203 of this subtitle; and

   (2) court costs of $ 5.

(b) Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund. -- A defendant is not liable for payment of costs imposed under § 7-409 of the Courts Article.
