§ 1-1303. Publication of regulations

(a) "Regulation" defined. -- In this section, "regulation" has the meaning stated in § 10-101 of the State Government Article.

(b) Scope of section. -- This section does not apply to a unit of State government.

(c) Required. -- Each governmental and quasi-governmental unit shall compile, index, and publish its regulations that affect a member of the general public.
