§ 8.5-105. Failure to report or to make payment; sanctions

(a) Failure to report; sanctions. -- Failure to report in accordance with § 8.5-103 of this title shall result in the imposition by the Secretary of a civil penalty of $ 250 for each day that the report is not timely filed.

(b) Failure to make payments; sanctions. -- Failure to make the payment required under § 8.5-104 of this title shall result in the imposition by the Secretary of a civil penalty of $ 250,000.
