§ 8-420. Administration

Latest version.

   (a) Duty of Secretary. -- The Secretary shall administer the Special Administrative Expense Fund.

(b) Special fund. --

   (1) The State Treasurer shall keep the Special Administrative Expense Fund as a nonlapsing fund.

   (2) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, money in the Special Administrative Expense Fund may not be transferred to any other fund.
