§ 8-413. Administration

Latest version.

(a) Duty of Secretary. -- The Secretary shall administer the Unemployment Insurance Administration Fund.

(b) Special fund. -- The State Treasurer shall keep the Unemployment Insurance Administration Fund as a nonlapsing fund separate from other State money.
