§ 2-108. Annual report

Latest version.

   (a) Required. -- As soon after January 1 of each year as reasonably possible, the Commissioner shall submit an annual report to the Governor, to the Secretary, and, subject to § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly.

(b) Contents. --

   (1) The report shall describe the activities of the Division during the preceding year.

   (2) The report shall include a description of its investigations under § 5-205(i) of this article.
