§ 2-101. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Commissioner. -- "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Labor and Industry.

(c) Division. -- "Division" means the Division of Labor and Industry.

(d) Secretary. -- "Secretary" means the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
