§ 11-506. Governor's plan

In accordance with § 112 of the federal Act, the Governor shall submit to the Secretary a State plan that includes the workforce initiatives of State agencies and outlines a 5-year strategy for the statewide workforce investment system of the State. The Governor's plan shall include, but not be limited to, those items set forth in § 112 of the federal Act.
