§ 11-1013. Debts, claims, obligations, and liabilities

(a) In general. -- All debts, claims, obligations, and liabilities of the Corporation, whenever incurred, shall be the debts, claims, obligations, and liabilities of the Corporation only and not of the State, units of State government, other State instrumentalities, or State officers or employees.

(b) Not pledge of credit of State. -- The debts, claims, obligations, and liabilities of the Corporation may not be considered a debt of the State or a pledge of the credit of the State.
