§ 11-101. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Department. -- "Department" means the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.

(c) Secretary. -- "Secretary" means the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
