§ 11-1005. Staffing

   (a) Staff. -- The Corporation shall employ any additional professional and clerical staff as necessary to carry out this subtitle.

(b) Consultants, agents, and advisers. -- The Corporation may retain consultants, agents, and advisers as necessary.

(c) Attorney General as legal adviser. --

   (1) The Attorney General is the legal adviser to the Corporation.

   (2) With the approval of the Attorney General, the Corporation may retain any necessary lawyers.
