§ 26-209. Hearings; judicial review

  •    (a) Right to hearing. -- An applicant for a license or a licensee is entitled to a hearing before the Commissioner if the application is denied or not acted on within a reasonable time or if the license is suspended or revoked.

    (b) Judicial review. -- An applicant or licensee that is adversely affected by an order of the Commissioner may seek judicial review of the order in accordance with § 2-215 of this article.
