§ 24-301. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Board. -- "Board" means the Board for the Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company.

(c) Company. -- "Company" means the Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company.

(d) Fund. -- "Fund" means the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund established under Title 10 of the Labor and Employment Article.
