§ 20-501. "Covered vehicle" defined

   (a) In general. -- In this subtitle, "covered vehicle" means a vehicle for which the Fund is required to provide coverage under this subtitle.

(b) Included vehicles. -- "Covered vehicle" includes:

   (1) any motor vehicle required to be registered under Title 13 of the Transportation Article;

   (2) a moped; and

   (3) a motor scooter.
