§ 19-503. Administration

(a) Regulations. -- The Commissioner may adopt regulations to carry out this subtitle.

(b) Review of policies. -- The Commissioner may review any motor vehicle liability insurance policy issued, sold, or delivered in the State to determine whether it complies with this subtitle and regulations adopted under this subtitle.
