§ 11-322. Scope of Part

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Part IV of this subtitle applies to each authorized insurer that writes private passenger motor vehicle insurance in the State.

(b) Application to MAIF. -- Except as expressly provided otherwise, Part IV of this subtitle does not apply to the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund.
