§ 11-301. Definitions

  •    (a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

    ** REVISOR'S NOTE

    (b) Competitive market. -- "Competitive market" means any market except those which, by application of the standards in § 11-306 of this subtitle, have been determined to be noncompetitive under § 11-308(c) of this subtitle.

    ** DEFINED TERM:

    (c) Market. -- "Market" means the interaction between buyers and sellers of a particular line of insurance in a geographical area consisting of not less than one entire county.
