§ 10-107. Examinations -- In general

(a) Applicant only to take requested examination. -- An individual applicant may not be required to take an examination that relates to any kind of insurance other than as requested by the applicant.
(b) Multiple examinations in one day. -- If an individual applicant requests, the examination shall be administered to allow the applicant to be tested in more than one kind of insurance in one day.
(c) Application fee. -- An individual applicant for an examination specified in this subtitle or Subtitle 2 or Subtitle 4 of this title shall pay the fee required under this article in the manner specified by the Commissioner.
