§ 9-214. State Advisory Board -- Meetings; compensation; conflicts of interest

  •    (a) Meetings. -- The State Advisory Board shall meet regularly at least six times a year on the call of its chair.

    (b) Compensation. -- A member of the State Advisory Board:

       (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the State Advisory Board; but

       (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

    (c) Conflicts of interest. -- A member of the State Advisory Board may not have a direct or indirect interest in any contract for building, repairing, equipping, or providing materials or supplies to the Department or have any other financial interest in a contract with the Department.
