(a) In general. -- There is a Maryland After-School and Summer Opportunity Fund Program.
(b) Fund. -- There is a Maryland After-School and Summer Opportunity Fund in the Program.
(c) Administration. -- The Executive Committee, in consultation with the Advisory Board, shall administer the Program.
(d) Standards and operation. -- The Executive Committee shall use the Maryland Out of School Time Programs' Quality Standards Framework to monitor and assess after-school and summer programs that participate in the Program.
(e) Applicable child care licensing regulations not superseded. -- The Maryland Out of School Time Programs' Quality Standards Framework does not supersede applicable child care center licensing regulations.
