§ 5-412. Amendment or repeal of part

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Any assistance granted under this part is subject to future repeal or amendment of this part.

(b) No right to compensation. -- A recipient is not entitled to compensation if the recipient's assistance is affected by repeal or amendment of this part.
