§ 5-402. Public Assistance to Adults Program

Latest version.

   (a) Program established. -- There is a State funded Public Assistance to Adults Program in the Administration.

(b) Scope and administration of Program. -- The Program shall be:

   (1) in effect in each county; and

   (2) administered by the local departments in accordance with regulations that the Administration adopts.
