§ 5-321. Future amendment or repeal of subtitle

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Any assistance granted under this subtitle is subject to future amendment or repeal of this subtitle.

(b) No right to compensation. -- A recipient is not entitled to compensation if the recipient's assistance is affected by amendment or repeal of this subtitle.
