§ 4-303. Recoupment of overpayments

(a) In general. -- The Administration shall make every effort to recoup overpayments made to recipients that the State is authorized to recoup under federal law.

(b) Procedure. -- The Administration shall establish an administrative procedure, in accordance with federal law, to be followed when the Administration has reason to believe that an overpayment has been made.
