§ 4-203. Executive Director

Latest version.

(a) Appointment. -- With the approval of the Governor, the Secretary shall appoint the Executive Director.

(b) Qualifications. -- The Executive Director shall be a competent person with adequate training and practical experience in social welfare work.

(c) Tenure. -- The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Secretary.

(d) Compensation. -- The Executive Director is entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget.
