§ 2-405. Executive director

(a) Appointment. -- The Secretary shall appoint an executive director of the Commission.

(b) Status. -- The executive director shall be a merit employee of the Department.

(c) Compensation. -- The executive director is entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget.
