§ 10-305. Meetings

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- The Interagency Committee shall meet at least quarterly.

(b) Executive meeting. -- The chair shall designate at least one meeting each year as an executive meeting.

(c) Designees. -- A member of the Interagency Committee may send a designee to represent the member at any meeting that is not an executive meeting.
