§ 8-203. Officers

Latest version.

   (a) In general. -- From among its members, the Board shall elect a president and a secretary once every 2 years in July.

(b) Elections; duties. -- The Board shall determine:

   (1) The manner of election of officers; and

   (2) The duties of each officer.
