§ 7-203. Officers

   (a) In general. -- From among its members, the Board shall elect a president, a first vice president, and a second vice president.

(b) Election; terms; duties. -- The Board shall determine:

   (1) The manner of election of officers;

   (2) The term of office of each officer; and

   (3) The duties of each officer.
