§ 3-204. Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff

   (a) Quorum. -- A majority of the full authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.

(b) Meetings. -- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

(c) Compensation and reimbursement for expenses. -- In accordance with the budget of the Board, each member of the Board is entitled to:

   (1) Compensation for each day on which the member is engaged in the duties of the member's office; and

   (2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board.

(d) Staff. -- The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the budget of the Board.
