§ 21-401. Misrepresentation as registered environmental health specialist prohibited.

  •    (a) In general. -- Except as otherwise provided in this title, unless a person is licensed under this title, the person may not practice as an environmental health specialist.

    (b) Specific representations prohibited. -- Unless a person is licensed under this title, the person may not use the title "environmental health specialist" or "licensed environmental health specialist" or the initials "E.H.S." or "L.E.H.S." after the name of the person or any other title with the intent to represent that the person is licensed to practice as an environmental health specialist.
