§ 19-306. Maintenance of roster of licensees on Web site; electronic license records.

   (a) Maintenance of roster of licensees on Web site. -- The Board shall maintain on its Web site a roster of all licensees who meet the requirements of this title.

(b) Contents. -- The Board shall include on each electronic license record:

   (1) The kind of license;

   (2) The full name of the licensee;

   (3) A license number;

   (4) The license status;

   (5) The expiration date; and

   (6) The original date of issuance.
