§ 16-203. Officers

Latest version.

   (a) In general. -- From among its members, the Board shall elect a president and a secretary-treasurer.

(b) Election; terms; duties. -- The Board shall determine:

   (1) The manner of election of officers;

   (2) The term of office of each officer; and

   (3) The duties of each officer.
