§ 15-311. Denial of license.

Subject to the hearing provisions of § 15-313 of this subtitle, the Board, on the affirmative vote of a majority of a quorum, may deny a license to any applicant for any of the reasons that are grounds for disciplinary action under § 15-314 of this subtitle.
