§ 14-5D-16. Reinstatement of license.

(a) In general. -- On the application of an individual whose license has been revoked, a disciplinary panel may reinstate a revoked license.

(b) Notification to Board. -- If a disciplinary panel reinstates a license under subsection (a) of this section, the disciplinary panel shall notify the Board of the reinstatement.
