§ 14-5A-19. Reinstatement

(a) In general. -- On the application of an individual whose license has been revoked, a disciplinary panel, on the affirmative vote of a majority of the quorum of the disciplinary panel, may reinstate a revoked license.

(b) Notification to Board. -- If a disciplinary panel reinstates a license under subsection (a) of this section, the disciplinary panel shall notify the Board of the reinstatement.
