§ 14-5A-14. Change of name or address.

(a) Notification required. -- A licensee shall notify the Board in writing of a change in name or address within 60 days after the change.

(b) Penalty. -- A licensee who fails to comply with subsection (a) of this section is subject to an administrative penalty of $ 100.
