§ 12-412. Administrative and judicial review

   (a) In general. -- Any person whose application for a pharmacy permit has been denied or whose pharmacy permit has been suspended or revoked under this title may:

   (1) Appeal that action to the Board of Review; and

   (2) Then take any further appeal allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act.

(b) Stay of order. -- If an appeal is taken under this section, the Board may stay its order of suspension or revocation pending the decision of the court.
