§ 12-404. Application for pharmacy permits

   (a) In general. -- To apply for a pharmacy permit, an applicant shall:

   (1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and

   (2) Pay to the Board an application fee set by the Board.

(b) Separate applications required. -- For each pharmacy permit for which a person applies, the person shall submit a separate application and pay a separate application fee.
