§ 12-301. License required; exception

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Except as otherwise provided in this title, an individual shall be licensed by the Board before the individual may practice pharmacy in this State.

(b) Exception. -- This section does not apply to a pharmacy student participating in an experiential learning program of a college or school of pharmacy under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
