§ 1-219. Sanctions for failure to comply with Governor's orders under Governor's health emergency powers

(a) "Health care practitioner" defined. -- In this section, "health care practitioner" means a person who is licensed, certified, or otherwise authorized to practice a health occupation under this article.
(b) In general. -- Subject to the hearing provisions that govern the discipline of a health care practitioner by each respective health occupations board, a health occupations board may reprimand, place on probation, or suspend or revoke a license or certificate of any health care practitioner under the board's jurisdiction who fails to comply with § 14-3A-03(c) of the Public Safety Article.
