§ 1-215. Board vacancy

(a) Notice. -- Each health occupations board authorized to issue a license or certificate under this article shall notify all licensees or certificate holders of board vacancies.

(b) Notice -- Form. -- A health occupations board may give notice of a board vacancy by electronic mail or a notice on the board's website.
