§ 8-702. Operation of program in violation of title

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- An individual or organization may not operate an alcohol abuse and drug abuse treatment program in violation of this title.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 10,000.
