§ 5-619. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Advance directive. -- "Advance directive" has the meaning stated in § 5-601 of this subtitle.

(c) Registrant. -- "Registrant" means an individual who registers an advance directive with the Department.

(d) Registry. -- "Registry" means the repository for advance directives in the Department.
