§ 3-303. Restrictions

(a) Private practice. -- If a health officer or deputy of a health officer is a physician, the health officer or deputy may practice medicine with the approval of the local governing body.

(b) Notice of approval. -- The local governing body shall notify the Secretary of its approval.
