§ 24-1101. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Proceeds. -- "Proceeds" means the gross proceeds minus the costs associated with the sale, lease, or disposition of property and equipment, as determined by the Department of General Services.

(c) Trust Fund. -- "Trust Fund" means the Community Services Trust Fund.
