§ 21-807. License required

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- A person shall be licensed by the Secretary before the person may manufacture a frozen dessert or a frozen dessert mix for sale in this State.

(b) Separate license for each manufacturing plant. -- A separate license is required for each manufacturing plant that a person operates.
