§ 21-411. Qualifications of applicants

(a) In general. -- To qualify for a permit, a person shall comply with the requirements of this subtitle and the rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle.
(b) Qualifications for certified industry dairy farm inspector and bulk milk hauler/sampler -- In general. -- In addition to the requirements of subsection (a) of this section, to qualify for a certified industry dairy farm inspector permit or a bulk milk hauler/sampler permit, Grade A classification, the applicant shall meet the requirements of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance.
(c) Qualifications for certified industry dairy farm inspector and bulk milk hauler/sampler --additional requirements. -- In addition to the requirements of subsection (a) of this section, to qualify for a certified industry dairy farm inspector permit or a bulk milk hauler/sampler permit, manufactured milk classification, the applicant shall meet the requirements of Milk for Manufacturing Purposes and Its Production and Processing: Recommended Requirements.
